Group Fitness
Equinox clubs are, in my opinion, the best gyms in NYC! I teach varied group fitness formats for all shapes, sizes and levels all over the city. If you would like to try out a class, I can offer you one complimentary class, free of charge, as my personal guest.

ParkFit
ParkFit is a well rounded, creatively designed, outdoor group fitness class including all sorts of fun outdoor exercises utilizing your surroundings to the utmost. We use resistance bands and jump ropes as well, making this an all over Full Body Utilization Workout! It is not too easy, not too hard. Just a fun fitnessy way to kick start your energy. Come out and join our party! Please bring a bottle of water. This class is offered 7 months out of the year at various times. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Mirlates
Mirlates is a semi-private one hour class of 3-5 women. The class will leave you both energized AND relaxed. If you want individualized attention, but don’t want a one on one session, then this option is for you.
What is ‘Mirlates’? It is a personalized mix of Yoga and Pilates combined to give you the best elements of both. Each class is customized to fit the individual needs of the participants. All of my classes have a sense of openness and community to them. Appropriate for all levels.

One on One Training
If you are looking for one on one specific training to guide you on your unique fitness path, then we’ve got some great options for you. I hand pick all MirZuk Trainers to create the perfect workout for you.
The current modalities we offer are Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Kettle Bells, TRX, Circuit Training, Weight Training, and Cardiovascular Training. We can stay specific to one or mix and match to get you the results you want including (but not limited to) weight loss, improved flexibility, improved stamina, overall strength and toning, and muscle building.
There are quite a few mental benefits that go along with this training such as improved confidence, improved relationships, discipline, courage, and a super sense of empowerment and the feeling that anything is possible!

Get That Goal Fitness Coaching
This is the most specific and individualized program that we offer. You choose the goal you want to achieve and I will tell you how long it will take you, what you need to do and then I will break it down into achievable segments. I will guide you from beginning to end. If you follow my suggestions, you will reach your goal. It is an extremely intense and powerful program. Commit to it only if you are serious about taking the steps necessary to attain your goal.
