Since we are halfway through the program, today it’s time to bang out a SOLID FIVE MINUTE PLANK. Ready or not!

BASIC & OVERACHIEVER: 5 minute plank. If you’re not up to a 5 minute plank, don’t judge, just try. If you don’t make it to 5, take a minute rest and then go back up into your plank for the difference in time
