This is it!!! You made it to Day 60! Whether you are at 10 minutes or not, if you stuck with the program, you are AMAZING! No matter where you’re at, this is a BIG DEAL! And congratulations are in order. So congratulations to you!

Today’s Plank Challenge is, of course, to execute a consecutive 10 minute plank. Go for it and see what happens!

Here are some of my suggestions for getting through it: give the timer to someone else, watch something on your iphone or iPad, read a really compelling article or a book that sucks you in, play music, or a mix of all of the above! I also found that making loud noises helped 🙂
