Look at what you did last time we banged this one out. Make sure to either take time off, or completely eliminate the last plank. By now, in order to meet that 10 minute goal in 14 days, you need to be down to at least 3 planks. If you’re not, please don’t stress about it. What matters most is that you keep going…
