Today is a BIG DAY for all of you still planking away in this challenge. We are 3/4’s of the way through the program! I say it all the time, but honestly don’t think I can say it enough: it doesn’t matter where specifically you are at, what matters is that you keep going! That is what counts when all is said and done.

So, being that we are 3/4’s of the way through hitting our 10 minute plank goal- today’s challenge is to do 7 minutes 30 seconds in a continuous plank. Like I said, don’t give yourself a hard time if you’re not there. Just split up what you CAN do until you hit 7 minutes 30 seconds.
