So, what’s it going to be TODAY?! Let’s have a ‘beat your time’ day. By now you can see my pattern of how I’m slowly but surely edging you towards that 10 minute goal. So you know in a day or two, you’ll be getting a rest. Those rest days are GREAT! But for today, go impress the pants off yourself and beat your high record 🙂
