Day 34! That’s a lot of days of planking! You are kicking butt! By now you are noticing how strong you are becoming. You’re noticing your perspective changes. You now think a 3 minute plank is a rest. That’s pretty incredible.

Today’s fun plank task is to beat your high time. Just do what you’ve got to do and go for it! Hide the timer, look through a photo album, sing row row row your boat 1000 times, do what you’ve got to do!
