Today is a “Do a 10 minute plank any way you can” kinda day. Look at the times you did last time we did this exercise. Beat that first time by at least 10 seconds. If you are taking 5 or more planks to get to 10 minutes, it’s time to knock out that last one. Take the time from your last plank and spread it out into the other planks.

If you are doing 3 or 4 planks to get to 10 minutes, keep working the time of that last plank down by making the first one longer.

OVERACHIEVER: do a 10 minute plank with as many planks as you have to.
