Today is a ‘beat your high time’ day. It’s been about 5 days since we did that, so it’s time. Let’s use the energy we stored up on our (sort of ) REST day and bang out a mega plank!! Use whatever tactics you can to get you through it. Hand the timer off, read a magazine, look through photos, listen to music, sing to yourself, and HERE’s a new one- CALL A FRIEND! Even better, call a friend who is also in the 60 Day Plank Challenge and cheer each other on through it.
