Today is a rest ‘ish’ day. 2 minutes and 30 seconds plank. I also did an upper body workout at the gym. So do your own workout or my quick shoulder video and then bang out that 2:30 plank. If you’re not up to 2:30 yet, then split your planks up, but get it done.
