Still using myself as an example – here is what I did today. I had to back off a little bit, and so I did a split of 3 planks. Got my magazine, turned on pandora and did the first one for 2:45, then took a minute break. 2nd one I also did for 2:45, followed by a minute break. The 3rd one I went to 2:15 and then called it a day. So my total from today is: 7 minutes 45 seconds- which is 3 seconds longer than last time. I’ll be honest with you, I wasn’t trying to beat any records tonight. Just wanted to maintain as easily as possible, which is what I suggest that you do as well

OVERACHIEVER: Do 3 planks. Split them up with 1 minute in between
