Thanks to all the fab females who showed up for the Healthy Hangout! We had a lovely yoga/pilates class where everyone was in their flow. It is such a dynamic win/win situation when everyone is fully engaged. The energy in the room becomes something that revitalizes you, whether you are the teacher or a student. Thank you for fully engaging! 

The topic for this month was all about your dominant thoughts creating your reality. I wrote a little on this before in the article titled “The Inside creates the Outside”. I’m going to take it a step further…

Look around you. Go ahead- right now look around you. Now tell me, which of the things you are looking at did not start as someone’s thought? Anything? Nothing?

That’s right- everything in your surroundings started off as a thought. What about the chair you’re sitting on? Someone designed it from their thought. The computer you are working on- began as a thought. The roof over your head. Yep, someone thought that was a good idea, too.  The ipod you are recharging- what a crazy idea that was! How about your hairbrush, egg timer, tape, fridge, lightbulb, door frame, etc. All started off as ideas.

This is great news!! Why? Because it means your ideas can come to fruition as well! Think about it. The people who created these things, they had an idea. They probably went through some moments of  fears and doubts. But they kept on keeping on, and their idea became reality.

So what do you want to manifest? What about those voices that tell you you can’t do it?

Fears and Doubts get into all of our heads at some point. The important thing to remember is that whether they throw you off your path or not is up to you. So look them in the eyes- say “I know what you’re up to F&D, now get the hell outta here!” and they’re put in their place. Next time, it’s a little easier. Check out the post titled “Fears and Doubts” to take it a step further.

Here’s another truth. What you think about you get, whether you want it or not. So you are manifesting in your life right now based on your thoughts. So what’s showing up? Is it the stuff you want? If it’s not- guess what- you have the power to switch gears.

All you need to do is focus on what you want. Practice. It’s not a quick fix. You plant seeds and it takes some time for the seeds to grow into a tree. Be patient and let it happen.

Decide what you want, focus on what you want, practice replacing f&d with thoughts that move you in the direction you want to go. That’s it. Good luck!!!
