Q: What will I get out of this?
A: The primary purpose of the Tribe is to help women get past their yo-yo attempts at creating a healthier life. We create shiny new supportive habits so that you can stay CONSISTENT in your efforts. Besides that, there are some other bells & whistles which include (but aren't limited to, as I'm always adding new things):

                     ~ Monthly fitness video

             ~ Monthly call with me

             ~ Monthly online fitness class- formats vary

             ~ Daily access to me, and the support of the other members

             ~ Discounts on ALL other programs

Q: Do I have to participate in the online group?
A: While it is not a requirement, we have found that the participants who interact in the online group enjoy the program even more, reach their goals faster, and have an easier time maintaining their new habits. The 'team' aspect of this program is very powerful.

Q: Do I have to have an accountability partner to be in the community?
A: Accountability is key! It seems to be most effective to utilize the entire team as your accountability partner, and if you feel that you need extra help, you can reach out to me directly. 

Q: I just started recently exercising – will I be able to participate?
A: Most definitely. The key ‘requirement’ for this program is your willingness to participate. If you are new to an exercise program or you are a seasoned veteran looking for continued support, or anywhere in between, this group will be great for you.

Q: Is this something I can do while I’m pregnant?
A: Absolutely! This program is designed for anyone committed to being healthy and active. I would recommend that you talk to your doctor first, as with starting any exercise program.
