If the answer is a big NO, then you, my friend, are not alone! I am not a statistical wizard, but from what I’ve seen in my 20 years in the fitness industry, there is perhaps 1 person out of 100 people who is satisfied with the way they look and feel. And I think I’m being optimistic.
Is it important in life to be content in your skin?
YOU BET!! The way you feel about yourself affects EVERYTHING you do! It affects ALL of your relationships, from family to friends to coworkers. It affects your job and how you work. It affects how much money you make. It affects how your children grow up. It affects how you function in society as a whole. It affects how much satisfaction you get out of life. It affects your happiness overall. In other words, this is important stuff!
And what do most people do?
They down play it. They feel like there is nothing they can do about it, so they pretend it isn’t important. Well, it IS important. This is YOU we are talking about! Your whole life and how you live it and what you take with you. How do you want your life to look? How do you want to look, and more importantly, how do you want to feel?
Maybe you have accepted that your fitness & health is important, but you’re just not certain what to do about it. Or, perhaps you’re not certain how to get yourself to do the things you know you need to do in order to look & feel the way you want. Or maybe you’re one of those people who thinks they hate exercise. I’ve got great news for you folks!! If you’re in a body, then there is a way that it likes to move. How will I measure who completes the course?
You will receive journals for food & exercise. What I require for your to receive 50% back is filled out journals. The workout videos must be completed 6 out of 7 days. And the food journals need to be filled out EVERY day of the program! The food requirements will have some leeway, but every day must be filled out. And, one more requirement. You’ll send me a before picture with measurements, as well as an after picture with measurements. And that’s it!!

I came up with this idea because there are SO many wonderful programs out there. I see people jump into these programs whole hog, and then half way through they drop off the planet. It is such a shame because the programs themselves are fabulous, and the people who join are well meaning. The mistake here is that the joiners are relying on their motivation to get them through and that stuff doesn’t last. You need something to keep you motivated on a subconscious level! Something about knowing that you are going to get a check in the mail IF you follow through will help to keep you on track. Money is a powerful motivator, as if you need me to tell you that. You have to jump in full force, 100% committed, and then DO this thing! You can totally do it.
