A cumulative approach to healthier habits. You will receive two new habits per week. This will give you the tools you need so that you can continue to move forward after the 30 days have passed.
Meal options and shopping support. I will give you detailed information on what to look for and what to avoid in the grocery store. My aim is to keep it super simple, so that this shift is effortless for you.
Nutritional guidance -what to add to your plate (literally). We will focus on the positive as much as possible, but there will be a short list of foods to avoid for this 30 day time period. (C’mon, you can do ANYTHING for 30 days!) There's also a food journal to help you stay on track. It’s amazing what having to write it down can do for your decision making process.
Weekly workout videos that are simple to follow. These are so much fun! Simple exercises that are super efficient and effective. Just watch right on your computer screen, ipad, iphone, or even your TV. You can use the videos I provide, or add in your own. As long as you keep track…
An exercise log -for fast record keeping of what you’re doing so you can track your daily progress. This is key in keeping your mind focused.
Daily Self Health Checklist- Includes your supplements, water intake, hours of sleep, stress levels, etc- all important factors in physical conditioning.
Daily Email check ins- which will include inspiration to lift you up and keep you going. These will also include informational links so that you can build your own knowledge base. It’s important to know WHY you are doing something and not just that you are blindly following a path. These links will help you to know what’s up and make decisions for yourself once the program ends.
